Send footage from the cage or games. Hitting: I will breakdown your swing and technique using analysis tools. Weaknesses and strengths will be assessed. Catching: I will breakdown receiving, throwing, and block mechanics using analysis tools. Weakness and strengths will be assessed.

Work with me once a week. Send practice or game film. Hitting: Each lesson will include swing breakdowns and analysis. Drills and homework will be sent every week to help improve our swings. Catching: Each lesson will include receiving, blocking, or throwing breakdowns and analysis. Drills and homework will be sent every week to help improve our skill set.

In person call. On top of sending practice or game film, option to do training over video call. We will work on the swing or catching, off field training, approach, mental, nutrition, goal setting, etc. This is an all around lesson package from the mental to the physical and the on field to off field. Weekly drills, homework, mental exercises, goals, workouts, etc will be given. All inclusive training like being in person.
