Send in video of you pitching - preferably a side angle (pitcher open view) and an angle from behind the mound. And I will break down your mechanics and give my professional feedback on how you move and how we can improve efficiency in your delivery!
Full Remote
I will take the video that you send in and will break it down for you. We will go over how to improve mechanics/delivery/efficiency with specific drills custom to how you move. You will receive “homework” drills to attack on your own in between our lessons. Let’s get to work!!
