In-Person
I will first look at your mechanics and see that nothing is wrong where you can get injured, then we can see if we can do a program of plyo balls, and if not it’s fine, but we would work in personalize programs for each individual. Some drills to make your mechanics where they have to be and some recovery exercises so you get a good recovery as well.

I am a former college baseball player trying to develop and help other players get to where they want to be and also make them the best possible baseball player that they can become.
