Baseball Recruiting Profile Review Duration: 30 minutes A personalized review to help players and families better understand their current recruiting position and what steps they can take to improve their chances of playing in college. Before the session, please bring your player's graduation year, position, GPA, height/weight, team information, stats, skill metrics (velocity, exit velocity, etc.), and any current recruiting conversations with coaches or scouts. We will discuss how college coaches evaluate players, strengths, areas for improvement, recruiting strategy, and next steps.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy focuses on helping baseball players develop the mindset, confidence, and strategy needed to reach their next level. Having competed at the Division I level, I understand the challenges that come with pursuing college baseball, from staying mentally prepared through failure, to understanding what coaches look for, to creating a plan for development and exposure. My goal is to help players become more intentional about their journey by improving their mental approach, building confidence, and understanding the recruiting process. Every playerโs path is different, so I focus on personalized guidance that helps athletes identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and take ownership of their development. Baseball is a game of adjustments, resilience, and preparation. My mission is to help players not only become better athletes, but better competitors and leaders who are prepared for the demands of the next level.
