Full Remote
Your analysis will come with drill sets and progressions to work through your current obstacles in becoming the best hitter you can be. It’s a process! Your time training and feeling out your swing without a coaches voice in the moment is important for your physical and mental awareness!
Live Call
We will work together in the moment on understanding your results / what you’re feeling / and what you’re thinking! Sessions will likely include discussions on how emotions and thinking patterns inhibit your body to respond how you want it to.
In-Person
Will not travel to you. In person lessons are located at my facility. Location: Dickey’s Dugout Inc 1830 Airport Industrial Park Dr Marietta, Ga 30060
Coaching Philosophy
I opened the Dugout with the platform to build strong fear conquering warrior women through the game of softball. After many years in coaching, I believe my purpose here is to help others become the best version of themselves on and off the field. I try to build a growth minded environment that sparks a fire inside my athletes and families. We strive to support new levels of communication, hard questions and conversations within the family by expressing goals and visions; living every day in pursuit of their best, as a team. I am doing my best to consistently provide and build new resources for our players and families, as well as provide information from the forefront of this game. I hope that through my programs, our athletes learn to master a process that allows them the physical and emotional awareness to not only perform their best, but be their best through the fears and obstacles of this game.
