I’ll ask questions about your goals and what you expect out of our time together. We can do anything ranging from mechanical breakdown, bullpen/ game review, pitch design, college/ professional recruitment, game strategy, mental skills drills for pre and post game or practice, and I’ll give you drills to work on and skill specific strength exercises.

Learn how to play catch with proper focus, intent, and form. How to warm up your mind and body properly before catch and mental skills work after catch. I do not play catch with you. You must bring a catch partner. If it is 1 kid and a parent or guardian playing catch, i charge $60 an hour. If it is 2 kids for the catch lesson together i charge $90 an hour.
