Coaching Philosophy
My baseball/softball hitting philosophy emphasizes PERFECT MOVEMENT as the foundation for consistent, powerful swings. I focus on biomechanics, teaching players to optimize their stance, load, and swing path for maximum efficiency and bat speed. Precision in weight transfer, hip rotation, and hand positioning is critical, ensuring each movement is deliberate and repeatable. Through drills and real-time feedback, I guide hitters to develop muscle memory for a fluid, explosive swing that adapts to any pitch while maintaining balance and control.
