Receive a detailed, one-time video analysis of your mechanics from a collegiate baseball player and coach. I'll break down your movement frame by frame, identify strengths, pinpoint flaws or inefficiencies, and explain exactly how to improve them with actionable feedback. When applicable, I'll compare your mechanics to those of Major League players so you can visualize what efficient movement looks like at the highest level. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of what to work on, why it matters, and how to continue improving after the review.

This program is designed to help athletes develop a confident, positive mindset, build a consistent approach at the plate and on the field, and learn how to define success beyond the results. By focusing on confidence, preparation, and process, you'll develop the mental tools needed to perform at your best and continue improving through both success and failure.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is built around developing the skills, athleticism, and baseball IQ that translate to success at the highest levels of the game. I don't believe in teaching shortcuts or drills that only work in practice. I focus on movements, mechanics, and habits that elite players rely on. Just as important as physical development is building confidence. Every athlete I work with receives individualized instruction designed to help them understand why they're making adjustments, trust their abilities, and compete with confidence. My goal is to create players who are not only fundamentally sound, but who also have the mindset to perform when it matters most. Whether you're looking to improve hitting, fielding, throwing, or overall athletic performance, my objective is to help you become a more complete baseball player with skills that will continue to translate as you advance through the game.
