Coaching Philosophy
We will go through proper ways to ensure good pitching mechanics and break them down step by step through specific drills that I have been doing ever since I had my own lessons with a former major leaguer and combine newer methods of throwing/training. We will work on understanding how the body works more efficiently by using upper/lower body separation to maximize force output to allow for maximum velocity while safely protecting the arm/shoulder. I can also give tips and lessons on how to properly weight train and condition the body the correct way.
