Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy comes down to just doing the work. You put in the hours in the weight room, and then utilize that on the mound, you’ll be in a good spot. After that, it comes down to small mechanical changes and pitch design. And then the most important thing is keep your mind right with max confidence and belief in yourself.
