Coaching Philosophy
My philosohy as and approach to hitting instruction is all about being as efficient as possible. My goal is to help my clients understand how their body is moving in space throughout their swing. I believe there are many ways to effectively carry out the swing and my goal is to try to help each individual understand what they do well and identify what they do poorly. Understanding both what they do well and what they do poorly will give them the ability to make adjustments as well as giving them insight on the mental approach to being successful at the plate.
