In-Person

I’m excited to have you join our infield group training sessions at Above The Shoulders! My process is designed to simplify the game, build confidence, and develop the skills that make infielders successful at every level. Here’s what you can expect: Fundamentals First – Every session starts with the essentials: pre-pitch positioning, clean footwork, and secure fielding. We focus on Catch–Throw–Catch, making the routine play automatic and consistent. Skill Development – Once fundamentals are in place, we progress to more advanced drills: plays on the run, jump throws, etc

Coaching Philosophy

Infield play is built on three pillars: fundamentals, baseball IQ, and mentality. My coaching philosophy is to simplify the game for infielders so they can play fast, confident, and consistent. Everything starts with the routine. We emphasize Catch–Throw–Catch as the heartbeat of infield play. If you can secure the baseball, make an accurate throw, and finish the play on the other end, you can compete at any level. From there, we build layers—footwork, rhythm, and timing that allow infielders to flow through the ball and stay on tempo.
