Coaching Philosophy
My Coaching philosophy stems from me starting off teaching my students the basic skills and then move onto more advanced skills and techniques. I like to instruct and correct what’s wrong but also give my students the ability to be able to self diagnose their issues so that they may be able to make quick sound adjustments for when I am not around or available. My lessons include breaking down and analyzing their swings and making adjustments from there. I do not believe in cookie cutter swings, everyone’s swing is different along with their comfort level. I do give “homework” so that my students can work on some of the issues I have noticed. The more effort that is put into “homework” will help boost the development of the student. With catching lessons, I blend the old school techniques along with the new school techniques and work on the game within the game. Each lesson is an hour long and will build off the previous lesson.
