This lesson will include a pitch breakdown and full analysis, complete with side by side comparison to a college pitcher and drills selected specifically to help make the adjustments necessary in your pitch!
Live Call
30 Minute - In person call will discuss mechanics, mind set, pitch selection, off the field training, and goal setting. This is more of an all encompassing session that is designed to bring out the best in your pitcher.
Coaching Philosophy
ProStyle Softball focuses on the individual softball pitcher and her needs instead of treating all pitchers as the same. We not only shape pitchers into amazing softball players but also amazing young ladies, learning life lessons along the way. Pitching is such a complex position we do our best to simplify it down as best as possible to help each pitcher learn and adjust to become the best pitcher they can be.
