Hitters looking to get a one time evaluation from Coach Alex . We add you to our database, you upload 3 in game hitting videos & 3 training videos. Coach Alex will breakdown swing and issues he notices from the video and will send back an at-home routine for hitter to follow. Routine will be explained in video format so hitter can see exactly what to do at home.

Player will also receive swing evaluation. Please upload 3 game videos and 3 practice videos. I will respond with video evaluation & written routine after evaluation and drills to follow on their own made by me

I coach athletes to move better, not just perform drills better. I focus is on creating efficient, powerful movements that transfer directly to game situations. Whether hitting, fielding, or running, I emphasize using the ground effectively, sequencing the body correctly, staying connected, and making athletic adjustments under realistic conditions. Rather than chasing perfect-looking mechanics, I prioritize movements that improve performance, consistency, reaction time, and adaptability in competition.
