Analysis
Each video submission receives a detailed breakdown of your pitching mechanics. I evaluate key movement patterns, sequencing, posture, arm path, and release consistency. You’ll receive clear, actionable feedback along with 1–2 targeted drills designed to correct inefficiencies and reinforce proper mechanics so improvements transfer directly to game performance.

This monthly lesson package includes four video analyses (one per week). Each submission receives a comprehensive mechanical breakdown and detailed performance evaluation. Athletes will also receive a customized drill plan designed specifically to address their individual development needs.
Coaching Philosophy
I teach Internal Rotation focusing on 3 main concepts-Arm Whip, Sequencing, and Ground Force. I am passionate about giving my pitchers the right tools to help them reach their full potential and keep their body healthy so that they can have long and successful careers in the circle.
