Major value having Bailey help chart short term goals to help our daughter stay focused and alsp have measurable milestones to help her make meaningful progress towards her long term goals. We feel more confident as parent/coaches for her now and will continue to work closely with Bailey and Chandler one on one.

Coaching Philosophy
I started playing softball because since the day I was born I was at the fields with my older brothers watching them play. Softball has been my passion since I can remember and I was fortunate enough to play it at some of the highest levels our sport offers. I played competitive travel ball at all the biggest PGF/USA softball tournaments in the country and found my way to the University of Florida where I was fortunate to win back to back National Championships in 2014 and 2015. After my career I broke into the college coaching scene and was able to Head Coach a collegiate program. Since departing college coaching I’ve been blessed to step into the private side and give back to the youth of our sport. I have since specialized in hitting, pitching, mental performance sessions as well as assisting in recruiting advice.
