I will study your mechanics and give you the necessary adjustments to be made. My mechanical adjustments are pretty universal in terms of the type of player they can be effective for. As well as the ease at which they can be implemented.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is simple. I expect and want my athletes to fail. Not so I can make them feel less than what they are but to learn that they are more than their mistakes. Baseball is a game of failure and it’s better to learn to be comfortable in that environment. Which brings me to my coaching strategies. Baseball is a game of not only failure but continuous adjustments. I teach my players to understand that there is a reason for every miss and every mistake. And instead of wondering what happened I instead teach them to have a way to self assess themselves in live game action. In turn making the proper adjustments themselves based on each result. In which I’ve found great success in my 8 years as a coach. That is ideally what these players need the most from any type of training they receive. Is the ability to be able to take in these mechanics, mentalities , and total understanding of how it all works. So that it can be applied in the biggest moments whether that’s on the mound, in the field, or at the plate. And then adjusted when needed. The most important parts of your career whether it’s in high school, collegiate, or professionally are largely spent on your own. The understanding of the necessary adjustments becomes crucial when it’s needed most and you’re all you have to rely on, not coach. Which will be learned through constant repetition and then communication on my end into how I, myself make these adjustments. This will be learned through various drills and programs. But the basis will always remain the same! ADJUSTABILITY!
