Get one-off instruction as needed
Analysis
Will review athletes submitted video clips (max 3mins), provide initial feedback and identify areas of improvement, as well as some suggestions on how to go about improving those areas.
Live Call
Review clients videos, identifying areas of improvement and providing drills to do. The client should film those drills, which we can review in the next session.
In-Person
Session will be 1hr of high level technique focused drills. These will be recorded for feedback and review.
Coaching Philosophy
Technique is paramount! When two athletes of similar size and athleticism face off…it’s the one with better technique who will win the battle!
