Cody is really good at communicating different thoughts and cues with me and explaining how they all tie together. It helps me get a better understanding of how my body and swing work and it makes me a better hitter.

This lesson really helped me learn about how my lower half looks when I’m successful vs when I’m not. Code Red’s ability to communicate with his hitters definitely stands out. He coaches every hitter based on their specific needs and is always really good at explaining what he’s trying to teach.

Code Red did a great job focusing on a few key points of emphasis. He had clear communication and good path forward.
