Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to help players grow both on and off the field. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game while also building confidence, discipline, and love for soccer. I create an environment where players feel encouraged to work hard, challenge themselves, and enjoy the process of improving every day.
Experience
Rutgers University
D1 soccer player
Aug 2020 - May 2024I was a four-year starter and a team captain at Rutgers University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology. During my time at Rutgers, I helped lead the team to a Big Ten Championship in 2021 and a historic run to the NCAA College Cup Final Four. Throughout my college career, I faced adversity, battling hamstring injuries for nearly two years. Despite the challenges, I was honored to be named to the All-Big Ten Freshman Team, the All-Big Ten Third Team, and the Big Ten Sportsmanship Team.
University of South Carolina
D1 soccer player
Jun 2024 - May 2025I used my fifth year of eligibility (granted due to COVID) to continue my playing career at the University of South Carolina while pursuing a master’s degree in data and communications. During my time at South Carolina, we reached the SEC Tournament Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament.
Sundsvall DFF
Professional Soccer Player
Mar 2025I signed my first professional contract with Sundsvalls DFF and was set to be a “key player” for the club. However, a severe ankle injury just a week after my arrival brought an unexpected setback, leading me to return to the U.S. for surgery and rehab. This challenge has only strengthened my determination to come back stronger and continue pursuing my career at the highest level.
