Video analysis of swing, followed by personalized demonstrations and key points of emphasis to make important mechanical changes.

A baseline swing evaluation will be conducted before players are shown relevant drills and provided with feedback on how to improve in a practice and game setting

A live swing analysis and discussion will help the player understand their strengths and areas for improvement. I will be in a batting cage offering demonstrations and descriptions to accompany prescribed drills and hitting training. Concepts of physical and mental skills in hitting will be discussed throughout from swing to swing, building up the players confidence, abilities, and routines.
