Understand mechanic issues in a simple way

This was my first lesson with Coach Foster and her detail on execution with my pitching technique was unmatched. She did an excellent job of explaining verbally and through demonstration. She also gave me drills that she demonstrated with video feedback to improve areas that need focus. I look forward to continuing to learn and improving under her guidance.

We love the drills you give us! E is able to pick them up easily and your explanations are perfect for her to understand. Thank you!

Really appreciate the feedback! Will incorporate into warm up/ practices. Will send updates. Thank you ! 🥎
