Coaching Philosophy
I believe anyone who can pick up a bat and ball has all capability to be the best, all it takes it dedication, the right work ethic, and most importantly mentality. Hitters: Asides mechanics which is all broken down in lesson, mentality plays a big role. Whether a player is rushing in cages, pre-pitch philosophy, confidence, I try to get an understanding through body language and psychology, then try to correct it in the least invasive way possible Fielding: All about rhythm and timing, mechanical work is key, but thereafter good reps and confidence matter
