Just finished my 5th lesson with Coach Josh. Wow, the way he breaks the swing down, both physically and mentally is great. Asking how my swing feels after every adjustment makes me feel like he really is trying to tailor make the best swing for me. The drills he gives me to work on have helped me understand the biomechanics of my own swing. Can’t wait for my next lesson.

Josh is very informative, he understands the biomechanics of the swing at a very high level but is still able to explain the swing in a simple manner. He has a detailed eye and doesn’t miss a thing. I’m very excited and interested in continuing my lessons with Josh.

Josh always knows how to break things down so you can truly understand and relate to the feelings when swinging as well as a mental approach. I have grown to be a much better hitter with a couple lessons and great drills he recommended me. If you put in the work like he tells you to you will see results.
