Coaching Philosophy
My main goal as a coach is to help players get the life experiences through baseball that make me love the game. Honesty and teamwork are pillars of my coaching style. I firmly believe that as a coach our job is get the best out of our players by challenging them to be better in all facets of life. As a person, student, and player. It is our job to make sure you have over trained game level to make sure the game is easy. By manipulating expectations and success rate, we can help our player grow to their potential.
