Analysis
I will slow down the video and will break down exactly what I see, and what needs to be fixed and why it needs to be fixed. We will also have a phone call to clarify anything you have questions about with my analysis.
Full Remote
This is just like a full in person lesson with me but remote. I’ll be there with you through everything you do. Will give all the appropriate drills and exercises to help the deficiencies in your mechanics wether it’s hitting, catching or both. Highly recommended option if you can’t fly out to see me if you live to far away. If within a 50 mile radius then we can do a hybrid program of remote and in person.
Live Call
I will hop on a call with you and answer any questions you may have regarding myself, questions about my background, coaching philosophy, my story, anything you want. Also gives me the chance to get to know you as a person and a player. Would love to hop on a call before we work together!
In-Person
This will be more hands on. Can show you in person ways to get your swing or catching mechanics to where they need to be. If local this is the way to go. If not full remote training will get just as much done.

This was my first lesson with Mike and I saw huge improvement. Ever since then I have been getting solid contact and farther hits. Mike explains what we are doing wrong very well and gives us personalized drills to improve. He is a very good at what he does .
Coaching Philosophy
I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Every player is different and needs to be treated that way. My job is to first understand you as a player, and then put my best foot forward into maximizing your potential. I was a late bloomer, who had one division 1 offer in high school. I have recently signed a pro contract in the Pioneer League. Because of this I became a student of the game and wouldn’t have ended up with the success I had if I wasn’t one. I have discovered so much about hitting, catching, and the mental approach this game needs to succeed. I keep an open line of communication 24/7 with my players. Lastly, this may be most important, I have been through the college recruiting process and it is stressful! They don’t teach you how to prepare for this time and the do’s and the don’ts. I would love to help with that process as well because once some light is shed on it, it makes it easier to navigate and not as confusing. I will always be here for you.
