The breakdown of the swings and what needs to be addressed was great! Clear in the explanation and great drills recommended for addressing the flaws in the swing. My son and I have watched Coach Casey on IG for some time now, so to get lessons from him is awesome!! Highly recommend SeamsUp to anyone looking for lessons virtually.

I’ve taken my son to one of his clinics and have watched him on social media for a couple of years now. The amount of detail and in depth breakdown you get in even one short online lesson is no different than in person. Now that my daughter has started playing as well, I’ll be coming here for issues that I just can’t seem to get resolved myself. I purchased a breakdown for both my son and my daughter and Casey hit the nail on the head immediately with both of them and gave me drills to help correct those issues. Thank you Casey, from a long time follower! I will be back for both of them for a follow up
