Incredibly helpful… I appreciate the way Casey clearly connected the swing deficiency to the challenge with live ABs (weak contact). Also, thanks for explaining it in a way that my 13yo understands (no vague baseball cliches)… his eyes got wide when he saw the video explanation. Excited to put this into practice. In about 5 weeks of working with Coach Smith my sons swing has changed as well as his mental thought process. He no longer looks to make frequent changes with his hands because of the confidence he has with the current location. This has created consistency in hard contact.

Coach Casey Smith is the best in the business. He is able to meticulously analyze the swing and determine the relative strengths and weaknesses of the player. Moreover, he is able to effectively communicate those findings to the player and provide an individualized plan to improve their performance.
