Analysis
Send me some video of how you’ve been training and what’s happening in games. Ideally, I’d love to see everything from a side view and behind so that I can take a look at what’s happening from a timing, rhythm, strength and contact perspective. I will break it down, voiceover and send drills!
Full Remote
When you send me video, whether it’s in game or practice, I will break it down, draw on the video, send a voiceover with what I see and make sure to send over some drills for you to work on prior to our next session. Ideally, I’d love to have this done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis!

Coaching Philosophy
I believe in relationships first! Personally, the game works in 3 phases: Mind-Body-Skill and being able to create a relationship with an athlete to be able to work with them on these three things brings the total athlete package together. That relationship will allow me, as your coach, to identify where we need to improve; whether that’s by working on the mental game, strength programs, technique, mindset and everything in between, I’m here to help you reach your goals!
