Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is simple… be a 1 of 1. All hitters and pitchers are different. There is no “One Size Fits All” approach to the game. Maximizing the players movements as effectively and efficiently as possible is what I’m all about. I use a personalized approach for each hitter / pitcher to maximize their body style, mental process and adjustability.
