Coaching Philosophy
As a professional pitcher for 8 years, both in the US and internationally, and a year as a professional pitching coach, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge on what it takes to reach your next level of development. I have also learned how to apply and teach to youth players in an effective way that connects. My coaching philosophy is to simplify high level topics and discussions in a way that makes sense to any age player to help them grow as a person and player and gain an edge when they reach their next level. I believe strongly in forming a personal connection with the player and helping them not only with their pitching training and mechanics, but also the mental side of the game and life, so they can grow entirely as an athlete.
