From game or practice video that you send me, I will do a video analysis which breaks down your mechanics and technique. I will use the app which allows me to draw and use voiceover technology to give you a complete analysis and then give recommendations to help fix the issues
Full Remote
This includes the video analysis plus examples of drills and the necessary action steps to take to better me gains.
Live Call
This is a FaceTime style conversation where we can discuss any and all things softball- from recruiting, to mindset, choosing the best team to play for, skills, etc.
In-Person
One hour lessons- usually schedule 2 clients at a time.
Coaching Philosophy
I had the greatest coaches growing up and I love giving back to the sport that gave me so much. I believe in coaching the individual and knowing which athletes need the pressure turned up a bit and who needs a more gentle approach. I love to help girls reach goals and strive for their absolute best.
