Single Lesson
Get one-off instruction as needed
Analysis
With the analysis lesson, I will receive videos from you, whether that is pitching or hitting, and analyze your mechanics. I will then give notes on what I think the issue is, and give drills and tips on how to fix it.
Full Remote
With remote lessons I will analyze your videos, pinpointing what specifically you should work on and we will focus on that. I will give a personalized plan of a variety of drills to enhance your mechanics and overall performance.
Live Call
With live lessons we will start off by pinpointing what specifically you would like to work on, or if I see something in particular that I feel like needs to be worked on, we will focus on that. I will have a variety of drills to enhance your mechanics and overall performance. I will be able to watch and correct you in live time, giving you the ability to ask your questions and get instant feedback.
Coaching Philosophy
When you choose to work with me, be prepared to work hard! I am all about working for what you want and giving everything your all no matter what you’re doing. Although I will be a little tough on you, I always want you to ask questions and feel comfortable with me throughout our lessons. If you need me to explain something differently, ASK!! I am a huge believer in different learning styles, so if you need me to show you something, explain verbally, write it down, etc, I will do it! I want you to get out as much as you can from our lessons, so I will cater to what helps YOU learn best!
