Coaching Philosophy
Coming from coaching D1 ⚾️ and 🥎 at Samford University where we are known for being one of the top power hitting mid-major programs in the nation. I teach the tight turn method, some would call this a new school approach but depending upon the hitters needs, I can be very old school as well when it comes down to putting the barrel on the ball. If you’re not hitting for contact, there’s no need to try to hit for power in my opinion. I focus a lot on sequence, and throwing the barrel to ball. I’m a fun coach and I’m very confident and competitive so I push all my athletes to strive to be there very best. I always end a lesson with something for the hitter to work on.
