I get very detailed in my analysis. I specialize in lower half problems but upper half is not much of an issue.

I use programming based around biomechanics and kinetic sequencing of the swing. I teach kids how to use their lower half properly as well as what good bat path is supposed to look like and how to do it. Beyond the physical side of the game I also teach the mental side. It doesn’t matter if your kid had a good swing if they don’t know how to handle adversity. I teach a lot of approach based thought processes for in game scenarios. Equipment I use: Driveline speed trainer bats (6-8 week programming) Core velocity belt Farm board max/heavy balls Overload split grip bat.
