Single Lesson

Analysis
I will fully analyze your footage and provide my feedback using drawings, photo, and video. We will compare movements to pro players and set a plan to make adjustments.
Full Remote
I will break down the footage in slow motion and give feedback. I will walk through areas of improvement, drills to utilize, and explain why these changes matter.
In-Person
We will find a suitable field, cage, or location to work together and lessons are typically 1 hour. I will work with the athlete to determine their goals and the areas to focus on. I will show the athlete drills and tools to utilize outside of our lessons.
Coaching Philosophy
I grew up in Atlanta playing elite travel baseball year round, from 7 years old All Star teams to the East Cobb Astros in middle and high school. The ECB Astros are recognized as one of the most elite travel teams in the country (alumni include Dansby Swanson, Zack Wheeler, Will Smith, Buster Posey and many more) I spent hundreds of hours with former MLB players and coaches who became private trainers themselves. I ultimately decided not to play baseball in college but went through the recruiting process and participated in private showcases at Georgia Tech and Clemson.
