Simple explanations and drills that will help me be a better player. Coaching Casey explained things that I can use on a daily basis. Great first lesson. Looking forward to the next one.

Great start on this off seasons work

This is my second lesson with Coach Smith, he saw another small detail I did not know about and helped me fix it.
